Suggested Vendors

Image
Hello Neighbors, I wanted to introduce a new concept into the community As a board of director at the end of the day I am homeowners just like you. That's why I would like to introduce the suggested vendor's page. This page on our website will have vendors that we all as homeowners come in contact with and do a great job. I see a lot of people asking for suggestions on vendors on the facebook page I want to help with that effort and offer up a page that will have suggested vendors. For a vendor to be on the list the company must do work for someone in the neighborhood and the homeowner then can submit their business card and I can place on eth site. NOte vendors can show up and disappear based on the quality and fairness of that vendor with other homeowners. To access the list go to http://princetonmeadowshoa.com/Vendors.html or   http://princetonmeadowshoa.com then click on community then suggested Vendors

Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Notice

Image
Hello Homeowners, A very important message regarding any changes that are made to your dwelling that is exterior facing must go through an ACC Request. You may ask what an ACC is.  it's a request to make changes to the exterior of your home or yard. ACC stands for Architectural Covenant Changes. The committee that oversees the approval of the request is called Architectural Control Committee (ACC) or Architectural Review Committee (ARC). We took it a step further and streamlined the entire process so something that could potentially take weeks or days can sometimes be approved same day based on the information you provide in your request. Note this is not to intrude on anyone's freedom to do what they want with there property. But think about it as a critical step to ensuring that we move in the right direction with home values and consistency.
