Unscheduled digging
Hello Homeowners, We have the condo complex digging in utility easement property on the part of our common area. We went to talk with the diggers and informed them to replace dirt and verify the location that will be dug is only in the utility easement area. There is also a lot of construction on the main entrance so be cautious. We will continue to keep you all updated as we get more information we have pulled permits and digging past the utility area has not been approved.
