Pool Status Update for 2021

Image
Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable

Fence Project and holiday Update

Image
Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to give you all an update we have completed the fence project. We still have a bit of the old fence to remove, but that should be complete by the end of the week. I want to thank every homeowner that was connected to the wall for their cooperation. The total amount was about $500 more than the initial quoted amount in the earlier post. We needed a few places to reinforce poles and extra hardware to create a uniform fence throughout the community perimeter. Holiday Info The holiday lighting will be up by the end of the week to put us more in the festive mood. We will also be doing the holiday lighting contest. We have a two-time winner that we are up against, and I am sure he is already started. Prizes will be posted in a few days.
