Hello Homeowners, 

I know this has been a touch past week with eth winter storm below are some helpful links to get assistance if you have damaged or financial issues. Texas has been granted FEMA aid and if you are in need and need to apply using the links below and as I get more information and helpful information I will share it.

https://www.fema.gov/disaster/3554 - This was the previously declared declaration if needed – not exactly sure why the number changed, but I think it has to do with the response type. This is an ER Declaration and the new one is a DR declaration.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable

HOA Monthly Update

Hello Homeowners, I wanted to give you all an update of the current working so the HOA. We are working on a few projects that you all should see soon as it relates to landscape lighting irrigation and a few more things. First, I want to touch on landscape and irrigation the landscape is in the process of a transformation we have sprayed a good deal of weed control and looking to see what we have left as it relates to weeds and hit it with a chemical mixture as well. We have seeding that will happen but only after our first cut and we are confident that all of the weeds are gone that should take place 3/278/19 the day of this message. We also have all of our irrigation tested, and controller boxes purchased they will be installed in about two weeks as well as various head replacements. The Pool is looking great we had a few windy days that constantly blew leaves etc. into the pool, but it has since been cleaned. We are also looking to update the pool furniture with picnic ben...

Pool Opening COVID 19 Waiver

OPEN DATE SCHEDULED FOR 6/20/2020  Hello homeowners, I want to start off by saying thank you for understanding the late opening of the pool. We will schedule to have the pool open this weekend, permitting that we get all of our required signage in. With that being said, everyone that enters the pool is required to sign a COVID 19 waiver informing you that there is a risk in a public place such as the community pool. Anyone that does not complete the reservation will have their cards deactivated on opening day and will posable be a delay in reactivating, so please complete the waiver. The restrooms will be closed for the remainder of the season as well as pool furniture will not be available at the pool location.
