Congratulations to 2021 Shady Glen Trail for winning Holiday Yard of the season. This competition was by far the hardest competition this year that's why it took so long to get to a winner. Also, I want to say that most of Shady Glen Trail would have one this year that street was on fire not literally but very festive and on their game. There were also lots of other homes in the community that did a great job. The PMHOA home of the month is not the end we will start the year off with Yard of the month so even though it will not be holiday decorations it will be yard flowers architecture etc. Thank everyone for making this holiday an awesome one for Princeton meadows My self and the board truly app[reciate everyone's hard work in making our community look great Robert Helmberger Kristina Helmberger Oran Thomas Brewer

Hello Homeowners, Just another weekly update of whats going on in our HOA this month the holidays are upon us, and I love all of the beautiful decorations that everyone has put up.This month I am proud to announce we will have a holiday contest of the best Holiday decorations, so judging has been ongoing all this month, and by the end of the week, we will announce the winner so if you have more decorations to put up get going J . I want to say thanks to the newly inducted Welcome Committee the committee has already welcomed multiple homeowners this month. Not only do we want to greet our new neighbors but show them we care for them in our excellent neighborhood. The pool cleaning revamped schedule L&L, and the board comes up with seems to be working great we will keep this model for here on out in the offseason. Also, I do not have an official stat, but trash around our community has decreased based on the new doggy valets and trash receptacle combos. Thanks to
