Dec 2017 Princeton meadows HOA Update




Hello Homeowners,

Just another weekly update of whats going on in our HOA this month the holidays are upon us, and I love all of the beautiful decorations that everyone has put up.This month I am proud to announce we will have a holiday contest of the best Holiday decorations, so judging has been ongoing all this month, and by the end of the week, we will announce the winner so if you have more decorations to put up get going J.

I want to say thanks to the newly inducted Welcome Committee the committee has already welcomed multiple homeowners this month. Not only do we want to greet our new neighbors but show them we care for them in our excellent neighborhood.

The pool cleaning revamped schedule L&L, and the board comes up with seems to be working great we will keep this model for here on out in the offseason. Also, I do not have an official stat, but trash around our community has decreased based on the new doggy valets and trash receptacle combos.Thanks to everyone who has used them and making sure Princeton meadows stays beautiful.
Dues invoices have been mailed out if you have not received your bill, please contact the first service or go to the Princeton Meadows website and click pay online you can prepay your invoice the total is $530.00 and payment plans can be set up by contacting the first service to set that up.


One last note as we celebrate the holidays I wish everyone a safe and blessed holiday with lots of family and friend time. The HOA has been through a lot, and I want to say thanks to the past board member Melissa, Chris, Steven, Victoria for paving the way to make Princeton meadows the community it always should have been.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
