NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL MEETING




As the managing agent for the Homeowners Association of Princeton Meadows, Inc, FirstService Residential is pleased to invite you to the Annual Meeting to be held on January 31, 2018. Items on the Agenda will include, 2017 financial review, activities update, community fence repairs, new committees and an open discussion session.

A guest speaker will be attending to discuss upcoming landscape projects for the community and any homeowner questions.

In order to conduct the meeting, a quorum must be met. A quorum is the minimum number of homes that must be represented at the meeting in person or by proxy. The quorum for your association's Annual Meeting is 30% or 73 homes. Per the Declaration, if a quorum is not met at the first calling, a second calling will be held that evening at 6:45 pm with a quorum requirement of 2/3rds or 24 homes. If a quorum is still not met, a third calling will be held that evening at 6:50 pm with a quorum requirement of 8 homes.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
