Hello Homeowners,

I wanted to give everyone an update on what the HOA has been up to the past few weeks we have been in maintenance mode with paperwork and working on delinquencies. The fence has been completed with a few coats of paint and multiple sections and planks replaced.

Pool.
We are cross-checking the pool for our upcoming inspection but as it stands now we are good to go on any pool maintenance we brought a few things on the pump side up to spec when we changed the sand. The pool filtration is Awesome as it stands now and an extra benefit the pool will be cooler in the summertime since we are moving more water.

Activities.
The newly inducted committees are working on events for the year we will try to get a schedule out as soon as we can. You might have already seen the current pool with the first workshop of the year.

Landscaping
We plan to put color in as soon as the construction crew has completed their task in digging around the front entrance. We will also be replacing shrubs in the Princeton circle area as well as adding flowers to the pool area.

New Amenities
By the pool, time enjoy Wi-Fi at the pool the system will be secured so only homeowners can access the wireless point. This includes all homeowners unless there is a delinquency without plans to pay.

Home of the month

The home of the month was on hold for a bit with all of the rain it was imposable to be fair in judging. But spring is here and getting your home looking good is the name of the game.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
