PMHOA Weekly Update 4/26
Hello, Homeowners,
I hope you all are doing well I want to give everyone an update on whats going on around the community. We have officially started collecting back dues from homeowners that are severely delinquent This process has gone well so far, but if you find yourself on the list or receive a letter from us stating that you owe back dues, please call we will work with you. The HOA is not a place to make money but provide the best homeowners experience that we can.
Also, Spring is here, and we have warm days so the homeowner of the month competition will start back as of today for next months crown.Just an example of what we are looking for is spring flowers well-groomed yard fancy shrubs I already see a few runner-ups that I will get pictures of later and post on the facebook page.
The Budget is in a good position we can cover emergencies form a reserve as well as pay the necessary bills. We are also on the road to having enough if the year goes well for pool plastering. This has been a higher priority for the HOA since day one Saving the pool and keeping our homeowners happy and values up.
We plan to have the lights fixed at the front entrance by next week. All of the construction has wreaked havoc at the front entrance form a broken waterline to cut electricity lines.
Landscaping is significant, and we are working hard on keeping up with weeding and cutting grass. The weather has been low enough that the grass is not as green as I like it but e are looking at solutions and ideas for that. We plan to put flowers in around the pool once we finish a few priority issues.
Also, we are looking for volunteers to help on committees email me at joneschris903@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with something around the community we have a committee for it, trust me so your word will be heard and it doe snot matter f you re a renter or an owner in my eyes you are a neighbor. I know everyone says they are busy but the time it took you to get to the end of this message is how long it would take to text or email and idea.
Again thank you for being an excellent neighbor and part of the PMHOA Community from all of us on the board we genuinely appreciate you without a homeowner there would be no neighborhood.
