Spring is in the air!!!



Spring is in the air guys, and the PMHOA board is very excited about this season in particular.If you have not noticed, we have color installed at the front entrance as well as in Princeton circle. We will also have flowers around the pool in a few more days And the Shrubs of my the shrubs we ordered about 30  and replacing the dead shrubs and bare spots around the commons areas.

We have also started prepping the pool area to have it ready for opening day the opening date is TBD at this time.So stay tuned for more information on Pool and party details.

We have also started to treat the grass and green is starting to show. This year we should see a significant change in the landscape now that we have addressed the problem areas and check out the old weeds.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
