Pool Closing Update 3



Hello All,

Great News we have confirmation that the pool did not have a collapsed line it was two melted gaskets from just being old and summer. We are working on replacing the gaskets on two returns and getting the pools Ph Back to normal. So we need to complete repairs and get the water back to as lovely swimmable safe balance, and we can have the pool open so expect the pol to be public in about 1 to 2 days or less

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
