Weekly Update 8/17/18



Hello Homeowners,

I wanted to give everyone an update it has been busy times for everyone. But just a recap of what has happened the last few months we have finally made it slow time for the pool, so resources (vendor) has more time to focus on the grounds. We have completed the landscape bids and will discuss as a board what we decide to do. This will include maintaining beds and color changes or something that makes the beds look appealing. Our current landscaper has been treating all beds to remove just about every weed we see come up.

We are also working on irrigation as you know our systems have not been checked in years and the moment we turned them on pips busted everywhere heads failed and controllers went out. I would say when it rains it pours, but when all of that was happening, there was no rain.

Next the lights at the front entrance we have things half fixed the construction crew that was at the front did a number to our wiring. We have all of it set we need to change a few plugs out, and we can turn on the lights. We will also fix the hanging string next week as well.

I hope everyone children had a great first week of school and a beginning to a high school semester or year whatever the kids are calling it nowadays. Also, we will post our yearly budget soon so you all know what our plans are for next year I think we will see plaster for the pool next hear fingers crossed. Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
