Happy Thanksgiving



Hello Homeowners,

As we prepare for Thanksgiving and the holidays that follow, we should pause and reflect on the many blessings that we enjoy—our loved ones, our freedoms as Americans, and to live in a great neighborhood such as Princeton meadows.

We have made many improvements and tried many things this year as we grown smarter and stronger and more efficient Princeton meadows will be that neighborhood everyone wants to live in.

In my case, I feel extraordinarily grateful to be serving you as the HOA president. And I am working with some of the best people I know that are dedicated hardworking and all around great people. Thank you, Mark, Pam, Tracy, Jenifer, Rosemary, and Shanice as well as our dedicated and hardworking contractors  L&L services and Blue Science.

So, at a time when we traditionally give thanks, allow me—on behalf of our Board and Fierst Service team—to thank you for you for being a homeowner in our community and taking pride in Princeton Meadows a home for our family and kids and grandkids. Happy Thanksgiving Princeton Meadows.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
