HOA Updates
Hello Homeowners,
I wanted to give everyone an update on how the HOA is doing and what we have planned for the rest of the year and early next year. As you all know we have been working on the contract for the pool an update will come out on that later this week. But the pool will be resurfaced hopefully sometime next month I will have images etc once that process starts but it all depends on the weather.
I have been working with a few individuals to come up with a good plan for our landscape that includes adding a specialist to help maintain the areas that require more attention to vegetation. We are also working with an irrigation company to get our lines and wires fixed for our system. It looks like we will need a new controller box but we do not have the full assessment yet to determine the best course of action.
The next talking point is the construction that going on next to us this construction is handled by a third party of a third party the builder has not even shown up yet for me to talk to them. We were requesting that some of the trees are kept but our request was ignored now we are wanting to negotiate a wall or them to plant trees. We have a retainer pond that they must use based on code so we will see where the negotiations take us.
380 Construction if you all have been wondering why there are barrier walls further down the road that's because the city of Princeton is building a middle raised median. I am not sure when the full construction will start but I was told it will be soon.
We will also be assembling a nominations committee for the upcoming annual meeting that will help with elections nominations and streamline that process as there has never been a committee to oversee elections.
The ending account should come out positive by the end of the year that is even after the pool restoration. Now the one-time assessment we split of to end at the end of each quarter so 75$ at the end of every quarter should help lighten the payment a bit. I am also putting together a proposal/plan/timeline of how we can start lowering annual dues. NOTE that this takes a bit of time to ensure that we as an HOA does not dig ourselves into a hole financially.
A few more announcements will come as I get more information about the pool, construction, and groundskeeping.
