Pool Remodel project Complete

Image
Hello Homeowners, I am proud to present you all with the news of the completion of the pool project. We have brand new plaster coping and regrading around the pool. This is something that we as a community have been waiting for for years for all of the homeowners that have been here for 6 years or more. I made a promise that the pool is the highest priority to ensure that we keep amenities here for our homeowners as well as stay in line with the community goal to make property values stable and increase with time. This project has been something that we could not afford 2 years ago we could barely afford to keep the lights on. Thank everyone in the community for being a part of this significant accomplishment for the community. We are not done beautifying the community, but we are well on the way. We are also in the territory of even discussing lowering Dues so thank you Princeton meadows.
