Pam Sardo Resignation




Hello, Homeowners,

We have an important notice for you all As of 10/21/2019 Pam Sardo has resigned from the position of Secretary of Princeton Meadows HOA. Pam has sold her home in the community and that is a requirement to have a seat on the board. I want to note that Pam has been a great asset to the board and brought great knowledge and insight as well as the chair of the  Welcome committee. I want to thank Pam for here service and dedication to Princeton meadows you will be missed as a friend and fellow board member. And from me and the board, we want to again say thank you for your service in making Princeton meadows a better place.

Dear Chris and Mark,
With regret, I am writing this letter to inform you I will no longer be a homeowner in Princeton Meadows as of January 21, 2019.
It has been my pleasure to serve on the HOA Board with you.  While serving, I have seen improvements and earnest efforts to assist all homeowners and residents as well as to maintain home values and neighborhood pride.
Thank-you for giving me the opportunity to be part of such a strong and dedicated team.  I look forward to hearing of continued success in PMHOA.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
