HOA Quick Status Update 7/5/19




























Hello homeowners,

I wanted to give you all a quick update on irrigation we are in the process of having everything set up and ready to go. As you all know what er is expensive and multi-day watering may not be in the budget but after the first initial run and repair bill is done we will have a better idea of how often and what zones etc need water. Please if you see anything out f the ordinary such as water gushers please let us know so we can address it and save water as each head releases a large amount of water just think of your home X12.

Entertainment

I am working on setting up a calendar for movie night at the pool and the park I am looking for volunteers to operate the equipment and serve refreshments if provided. I am also looking for individuals that want to start groups such as Bible study yoga classes etc.

Landscape

We have cut the landscape back lengthwise and will apply another round of chemicals within the week the irrigation will help keep the grass greener and ensure that chemicals soak into the ground as needed.

Budget

We are still doing great the next big ticket item that needs to to be repaired is irrigation as stated in the assessment requested. That should be all big ticket items and reserve can start to level out.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
