TENTATIVE PLAN Pool opening

Hello Homeowners,

I know everyone is ready to use the pool and we have been waiting on guidance on if we can open form the county. We finally have word that we can start requesting for pool inspections if we meet the COVID-19 guidelines. The guidelines are very strict and costly so this year it is not likely the pool will open at full capacity every day. reaching out to other HOA's some are not even opening their common areas. But I know us as a community has worked hard to get court pool to the standard that it is so the board is trying our best to come upon with a plan that allows us to use our amenities.

TENTATIVE PLAN

MAX PERSON COUNT POOL AREA = 25
MAX PERSON COUNT IN POOL = 15
MAX SESSION IME 2Hr

  1. Open 10am-6pm (or 9-5, whatever works)  Saturday  ONLY. (8 hours  @ $24 = $192 per day CERTIFIED MONITOR )
  2. Pool Sessions for 2 hours each, starting at 10am.
  3. Allow a maximum number of people to enter for that session but they have to leave at the end of the session to allow the next group.
  4. Those that leave can get in line for the next session if they want to come back or if no one else is waiting.
  5. The pool monitor will announce 5 minutes before the session is over that everyone needs to pack up.
  6. The pool monitor will sanitize the chairs between sessions and the bathrooms after every use. (I do have one pool for sure that will not be providing any furniture so owners will have to bring their own, thus eliminating the need to sanitize the chairs.)

SIDE NOTES:
to help with the cost I am working on a reservation system also something that is mandated by the city for records.

SIDE NOTES 2: This plan is not the official opening plan but the one that we are submitting to Collin county for review we are still monitoring the situation. If the cost becomes an issue we will asses and determine what the next steps to move forward will be.
