Princeton Meadows Project Update 1

 


Hello, Homeowners, 

I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. I wanted to give you all a bit of good news. We have all worked very hard to rebuild our community, and as we all know, everything takes time, but I am happy to say that we have another big project that will start within the next two weeks or less. We will be replacing the whole fence on Princeton meadows drive. The fence will look similar to the trails of Riverstone but minus the extra multi-board approach. The fence will be cedar and stained. I believe this will make the community pop with a whole new fence. The contractor will reach out to homeowners next to eth fence to let you know the day you may have boards missing temporarily. We are taking the approach or pulling and placing panels within sections.

I would also like to thank BinfordSupply Mckinney for helping us with this project. We have a few homeowners who work there and showed their community spirit and eagerness to help us get the fence's materials.

To ensure that I also keep transparency, here is a breakdown of what the cost of the fence will be 

Lumber Estimate: 14K

Disposal Estimate: 2K      

Labor Estimate: 3K           

Hardware Estimate: 1K

Total Estimate Around $20,400 to $21,000          

Also, note that we have estimated that I do not expect prices to rise, but we do have a cushion to allow for replacement items we did not foresee in the initial bid.

Pool Status Update for 2021

Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable
