PMHOA Weekly Update 4/26

Hello, Homeowners, I hope you all are doing well I want to give everyone an update on whats going on around the community. We have officially started collecting back dues from homeowners that are severely delinquent This process has gone well so far, but if you find yourself on the list or receive a letter from us stating that you owe back dues, please call we will work with you. The HOA is not a place to make money but provide the best homeowners experience that we can. Also, Spring is here, and we have warm days so the homeowner of the month competition will start back as of today for next months crown.Just an example of what we are looking for is spring flowers well-groomed yard fancy shrubs I already see a few runner-ups that I will get pictures of later and post on the facebook page. The Budget is in a good position we can cover emergencies form a reserve as well as pay the necessary bills. We are also on the road to having enough if the year goes well for pool plaster...

US 380 Feasibility Studies IMPORTANT!!!!!!

What is the purpose of the study? Analyze potential roadway alternatives, including the existing alignment and new alignments, for US 380 through Collin County from the Denton County line to the Hunt County line. What is a feasibility study? A feasibility study is one planning tool that TxDOT uses when a project is in the very early stages of development. It helps determine if the project should move on to more advanced phases of project development such as more in-depth environmental analysis, public involvement, schematic design and right-of-way mapping.   The reason this type of study is done is to identify high level or critical elements of engineering, impacts to stakeholders and the public, and the economic feasibility of potential new roadways or improvements to existing roadways. Spring is in the air!!!

Spring is in the air guys, and the PMHOA board is very excited about this season in particular.If you have not noticed, we have color installed at the front entrance as well as in Princeton circle. We will also have flowers around the pool in a few more days And the Shrubs of my the shrubs we ordered about 30  and replacing the dead shrubs and bare spots around the commons areas. We have also started prepping the pool area to have it ready for opening day the opening date is TBD at this time.So stay tuned for more information on Pool and party details. We have also started to treat the grass and green is starting to show. This year we should see a significant change in the landscape now that we have addressed the problem areas and check out the old weeds.
