Happy Thanksgiving

Image
Hello Homeowners, As we prepare for Thanksgiving and the holidays that follow, we should pause and reflect on the many blessings that we enjoy—our loved ones, our freedoms as Americans, and to live in a great neighborhood such as Princeton meadows. We have made many improvements and tried many things this year as we grown smarter and stronger and more efficient Princeton meadows will be that neighborhood everyone wants to live in. In my case, I feel extraordinarily grateful to be serving you as the HOA president. And I am working with some of the best people I know that are dedicated hardworking and all around great people. Thank you, Mark, Pam, Tracy, Jenifer, Rosemary, and Shanice as well as our dedicated and hardworking contractors  L&L services and Blue Science. So, at a time when w e traditionally give thanks, allow me—on behalf of our Board and Fierst Service team—to thank you for you for being a homeowner in our community and taking pride i...

HOA Updates

Image
Hello Homeowners, I wanted to give everyone an update on how the HOA is doing and what we have planned for the rest of the year and early next year. As you all know we have been working on the contract for the pool an update will come out on that later this week. But the pool will be resurfaced hopefully sometime next month I will have images etc once that process starts but it all depends on the weather. I have been working with a few individuals to come up with a good plan for our landscape that includes adding a specialist to help maintain the areas that require more attention to vegetation. We are also working with an irrigation company to get our lines and wires fixed for our system. It looks like we will need a new controller box but we do not have the full assessment yet to determine the best course of action. The next talking point is the construction that going on next to us this construction is handled by a third party of a third party the builder has not even show...

PMHOA Pool Resurface Project Update 1

Image
Hello Awesome Homeowners, I wanted to give you all an update on a significant project that will be taking place in the next few weeks or month to come. We will be resurfacing the pool I know a lot of you that have been in this neighborhood for over five years know of the pool plaster issues and the need of resurfacing. We have picked a vendor that was the best in price, quality, and warranty. And outbid over six vendors that we had to visit us at the pool and give in-depth details. We hit the budget under what we initially set. A page will be created soon with all of the pool details colors, process, and invoices, etc. The project is expected to take about 2 weeks to complete but before it starts we will take before and after. Again more information will continue as we move forward with the biding and contract phase. Estimated Cost $31,998.71
