Hello Homeowners, I wanted to give everyone an update on what the HOA has been up to the past few weeks we have been in maintenance mode with paperwork and working on delinquencies. The fence has been completed with a few coats of paint and multiple sections and planks replaced. Pool . We are cross-checking the pool for our upcoming inspection but as it stands now we are good to go on any pool maintenance we brought a few things on the pump side up to spec when we changed the sand. The pool filtration is Awesome as it stands now and an extra benefit the pool will be cooler in the summertime since we are moving more water. Activities . The newly inducted committees are working on events for the year we will try to get a schedule out as soon as we can. You might have already seen the current pool with the first workshop of the year. Landscaping We plan to put color in as soon as the construction crew has completed their task in digging around the front entrance...

Fence Repair Underway This week we will be starting the fence repairs and patching. So don't worry if you see a bit of down or scrapped fence we are prepping it and replacing boards as needed for a new coat of paint.I think once it's complete it will look like a brand new fence we are al; so going a slightly darker shade of color that will help with the UV damage until the fence is replaced with all new word. We have also discovered that the fence is up to code with metal posts so the replacement will be much cheaper in the future.

As the managing agent for the Homeowners Association of Princeton Meadows, Inc, FirstService Residential is pleased to invite you to the Annual Meeting to be held on January 31, 2018. Items on the Agenda will include, 2017 financial review, activities update, community fence repairs, new committees and an open discussion session. A guest speaker will be attending to discuss upcoming landscape projects for the community and any homeowner questions. In order to conduct the meeting, a quorum must be met. A quorum is the minimum number of homes that must be represented at the meeting in person or by proxy. The quorum for your association's Annual Meeting is 30% or 73 homes. Per the Declaration, if a quorum is not met at the first calling, a second calling will be held that evening at 6:45 pm with a quorum requirement of 2/3rds or 24 homes. If a quorum is still not met, a third calling will be held that evening at 6:50 pm with a quorum requirement of 8 homes. Please plan to at...

Hello Homeowners, Get ready for the home of the month We will announce the winner at the annual meeting for February.This month we will look at homeowners attention to detail that includes Fall to spring flower arrangements in your flowerbed or beautiful groomed grass that withstood the cold and icy days. This is a way for your home to shine and take the CROWN for February as the home of the month. You will be given a sign for the month to show your achievement as well as featured on our website and social media pages and maybe even a small gift to say you rock!!!

Hello, All you Homeowners out there, Our annual meeting is approaching, and we want to hear from you and see how we have done for the past year as well as our management company. This past year has been fascinating as a board member we are all learn ing a lot and making improvements and addressing items that have never been discussed before. But we are just a few individuals an HOA is a community organization if you are on the board or not you contribute to the funding and what we do in our neighborhood.
