Hello, Homeowners/Renters, Just wanted to get you all up on current events with the HOA we are working away to get items completed by the summer time. Pool We are doing a few renovations for the pool area such as new grills and furniture and one surprise that you all will not see until the pool opens. We have not started to issue cards yet, but after next week we plan on reviewing access and issuing pool cards as needed and requested. We will also have a robot pool cleaner for the days that the pool cleaner is not out and the pool needs cleaning. Landscape We are working on the landscape when it comes to dead areas and dead shrubbery etc. We are also making sure in flower beds that any grass that sprouts we treat immediately and ensure that we are using the correct amount of chemicals. We did overseed in a few areas to get some areas up to speed. We also have about 80% of our irrigation working we will install new controllers for the entire HOA within the next few days if t...

Hello Homeowners, We have the condo complex digging in utility easement property on the part of our common area. We went to talk with the diggers and informed them to replace dirt and verify the location that will be dug is only in the utility easement area. There is also a lot of construction on the main entrance so be cautious. We will continue to keep you all updated as we get more information we have pulled permits and digging past the utility area has not been approved.

Hello Homeowners, Its that time Spring is here and its time to mow yards and start trimming bushes. We will start violations after the week of 4/1/19 so you all have a bit of time to get your mowers out and the blades cut. We have a few people in the neighborhood that has landscape businesses and they are offering great deals if you need help or do not have the means to mow your yard please let us know we will figure out something.

Hello Homeowners, I wanted to give you all an update of the current working so the HOA. We are working on a few projects that you all should see soon as it relates to landscape lighting irrigation and a few more things. First, I want to touch on landscape and irrigation the landscape is in the process of a transformation we have sprayed a good deal of weed control and looking to see what we have left as it relates to weeds and hit it with a chemical mixture as well. We have seeding that will happen but only after our first cut and we are confident that all of the weeds are gone that should take place 3/278/19 the day of this message. We also have all of our irrigation tested, and controller boxes purchased they will be installed in about two weeks as well as various head replacements. Hello Homeowners, I am proud to present you all with the news of the completion of the pool project. We have brand new plaster coping and regrading around the pool. This is something that we as a community have been waiting for for years for all of the homeowners that have been here for 6 years or more. I made a promise that the pool is the highest priority to ensure that we keep amenities here for our homeowners as well as stay in line with the community goal to make property values stable and increase with time. This project has been something that we could not afford 2 years ago we could barely afford to keep the lights on. Thank everyone in the community for being a part of this significant accomplishment for the community. We are not done beautifying the community, but we are well on the way.
