Hello Homeowners Thank you for showing so much spirit this year with all of the decorations and community involvement. This is one of the first years since I have lived here that we had so much involvement with lights and decorations and for that, I thank you all. This was super hard and I had other judges and it was still hard I wish I could have given everyone something as there were a lot of great houses out there. Happy Thanksgiving 2019

Image
Hello Homeowners, As we prepare for Thanksgiving and the holidays that follow, we should pause and reflect on the many blessings that we enjoy—our loved ones, our freedoms as Americans, and to live in a great neighborhood such as Princeton meadows. We have made many improvements and tried many things this year as we grew smarter and stronger and more efficient Princeton meadows will be that neighborhood everyone wants to live in. In my case, I feel extraordinarily grateful to be serving you like the HOA president. And I am working with some of the best people I know that are dedicated hardworking and all-around great people. Thank you, Mark, Cheryl, Dani, Stephanie, Rosemary as well as our dedicated and hardworking contractors Tactical Landscaping and others. So, at a time when w e traditionally give thanks, allow me—on behalf of our Board and the MNI  team—to thank you for being a homeowner in our community and taking pride in Princeton Meadows's ...

Community Update 11/8/19

Image
Hello Homeowners, I wanted to get you all an update it has been a bit since we have sent one but that is because we have been working on various changes. I want to start off by saying thanks to everyone this year that has been actively involved in activities and helping when you can. I am not just talking about community events but how you all have helped and worked with each other as a community. The first message that I would like to deliver is that we will be switching management company effective 11/7/19. We are working on a transition plan but should be seamless to you all except your letters will no longer say First service residential but MNI. As a community dealing with FSR has not been pleasant and overall good for our community. The next Message is that we are in transition to a new Landscaper we have taken bids most fo the year and have found a landscaper that is responsive and has a great track record. Next on the agenda is we are also changing the pool maintena...

Pool Update 9/12/19

Image
I wanted to give you all an update on the pool we will continue to try and keep the pool open to the end of the month. I would like to note that most pools in the area also planned on closing early after labor day we were trying to keep the pool open as long as posable. But we will close the pool again if we see that it ha the potential of being unsafe to swim in. I will not jeopardize safety over complaints that it's closing. Also if there is no pool operator a pool cant legally be open we will not break any laws for convenience. As for the communications on our social media page after the pool post. The best way to get your voice out is to volunteer its easy to sit behind a monitor and say anything but another when you are out helping as other homeowners have done. We have tons of committees but very few volunteers.

HOA Quick Status Update 7/5/19

Hello homeowners, I wanted to give you all a quick update on irrigation we are in the process of having everything set up and ready to go. As you all know what er is expensive and multi-day watering may not be in the budget but after the first initial run and repair bill is done we will have a better idea of how often and what zones etc need water. Please if you see anything out f the ordinary such as water gushers please let us know so we can address it and save water as each head releases a large amount of water just think of your home X12. Entertainment I am working on setting up a calendar for movie night at the pool and the park I am looking for volunteers to operate the equipment and serve refreshments if provided. I am also looking for individuals that want to start groups such as Bible study yoga classes etc. Landscape We have cut the landscape back lengthwise and will apply another round of chemicals within the week the irrigation will he...
