PMHOA 2020 Annual Dues

Image
Hello Homeowners, It has been brought to my attention that the two bills that you all received either yesterday or Friday 1/17/20 or 1/18/19 are incorrect. The HOA does are $520.00 the dues were $530 with a reduction of $10 this year 2020. If you have paid more or less please be sure that you pay the complete $520.00  by the end of the month or email MNI or me to get a payment plan set up. I do apologize for this inconvenience and will ensure that future billings are verified by myself of another board member. Thank you all for working with us on this transition. NOTE: If you have a balance forward of $75 this was for the special assessment and does not go toward your 2020 assessment. If you were told to pay  Less than 520 by email please have that documentation ready we will not charge late fees on it because of the mixup but you will need to pay it. Bill Samples 1
