  Hello Homeowners,  There have been many questions on what the HOA is doing for Halloween, and I wanted to send this message out and get everyone on the same page or suggest some ideas. Of course, the HOA can't tell you how to run your Halloween festivities, but we would like to provide some ideas that can keep you and your family safe when it comes to the Pandemic and your health. Here are some ideas. On Halloween, if you chose to participate in the Halloween festivities and passing out candy, leave your light on to indicate that you have the goods. Anyone not wanting to participate can leave their lights off. This technique is something that is commonly done during Halloween night. If you want to participate in the Halloween festivities, but want to make sure you and your family stay safe and germ-free, you can set up a stool or something outside your door with a bowl of candy and adhere to the honor system.   Home Decoration Contest   It's almost Halloween and the HOA is sponsoring a new event in the neighborhood! We are inviting all households in the neighborhood to decorate their homes for Halloween for a contest.  In order to be eligible, you will need to be a due paying member.  You probably are all wondering what the prize will be and it is a $25 gift certificate along with a photo of your home in next month's newsletter/website. So be creative and come up with a great display. The homes do not have to be scary and can be decorated any way as long as they go along with the theme of Halloween.  We will have judges from the HOA judge the home decorations and decide on a final winner.  See Form Below

  Hello Homeowners,  The pool will officially be closed this week; we stayed open just about as long as we could. We will also post more information about how we play to do something around the fall/holiday season, but the board will discuss and figure out what we can do in this COVID era. We will still plan on having the food truck out on Oct 10. We plan to have them by the pool area even though the site will be closed. You can drive by and pick up some delicious food.

When we start to cook your order, we will send you an SMS message to let you know that your order is in progress,  please don't go to the truck just yet . When the food is ready for pick-up, we will send another message and then you can come to our truck to pick up your freshly cooked meal! 

Hello Homeowners, The pool is now open, but the restrooms are closed for the season. Please practice social distancing if someone does not belong in the pool please call. Princeton PD anyone in the pool area without identification and pool card will be considered trespassing and will receive a CT. Any homeowner that has not completed the COVID waiver online by going to the Princeton meadows website and checking the news section will have their cards deactivated this weekend. The wait time to have them reactivated is about three weeks. Please take care of the pool area and be vigilant of nonhomeowners in the pool area. PPS...... Please be safe and smart if you are sick, stay in your home. I will bring you a bucket of water.

OPEN DATE SCHEDULED FOR 6/20/2020  Hello homeowners, I want to start off by saying thank you for understanding the late opening of the pool. We will schedule to have the pool open this weekend, permitting that we get all of our required signage in. With that being said, everyone that enters the pool is required to sign a COVID 19 waiver informing you that there is a risk in a public place such as the community pool. Anyone that does not complete the reservation will have their cards deactivated on opening day and will posable be a delay in reactivating, so please complete the waiver. The restrooms will be closed for the remainder of the season as well as pool furniture will not be available at the pool location. Hello Homeowners, I know everyone is ready to use the pool and we have been waiting on guidance on if we can open form the county. We finally have word that we can start requesting for pool inspections if we meet the COVID-19 guidelines. The guidelines are very strict and costly so this year it is not likely the pool will open at full capacity every day. reaching out to other HOA's some are not even opening their common areas. But I know us as a community has worked hard to get court pool to the standard that it is so the board is trying our best to come upon with a plan that allows us to use our amenities. TENTATIVE PLAN MAX PERSON COUNT POOL AREA = 25 MAX PERSON COUNT IN POOL = 15 MAX SESSION IME 2Hr Open 10am-6pm (or 9-5, whatever works)  Saturday  ONLY.
