Fence Project and holiday Update

Image
Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to give you all an update we have completed the fence project. We still have a bit of the old fence to remove, but that should be complete by the end of the week. I want to thank every homeowner that was connected to the wall for their cooperation. The total amount was about $500 more than the initial quoted amount in the earlier post. We needed a few places to reinforce poles and extra hardware to create a uniform fence throughout the community perimeter. Holiday Info The holiday lighting will be up by the end of the week to put us more in the festive mood. We will also be doing the holiday lighting contest. We have a two-time winner that we are up against, and I am sure he is already started. Prizes will be posted in a few days.

Happy Thanksgiving

Image
Hello Homeowners, As we prepare for Thanksgiving and the holidays that follow, we should pause and reflect on the many blessings that we enjoy—our loved ones, our freedoms as Americans, and to live in a great neighborhood such as Princeton meadows. This has been a hard year for everyone I know with COVID's possible family loss and loss of employment you can look back and say that you made it. Tomorrow is another day and that brings more opportunity and time to see your loved ones. This year in particular we all have much to give thanks for thank each and every person that went to their neighbors to check on them or give a helping hand. Princeton meadows is a unique community and we always come together as a community. This holiday please be safe practice all safety guidelines provided by the CDC and WHO to protect yourself and your family friends and neighbors. See CDC guidelines below CDC GUIDELINES  So, at a time when w e traditionally give thanks, allow me—on behalf of our Board...

Princeton Meadows Project Update 1

Image
Hello, Homeowners,  I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. I wanted to give you all a bit of good news. We have all worked very hard to rebuild our community, and as we all know, everything takes time, but I am happy to say that we have another big project that will start within the next two weeks or less. We will be replacing the whole fence on Princeton meadows drive. The fence will look similar to the trails of Riverstone but minus the extra multi-board approach. The fence will be cedar and stained. I believe this will make the community pop with a whole new fence. The contractor will reach out to homeowners next to eth fence to let you know the day you may have boards missing temporarily. We are taking the approach or pulling and placing panels within sections. I would also like to thank BinfordSupply Mckinney for helping us with this project. We have a few homeowners who work there and showed their community spirit and eagerness to help us get the fence's mater...

Halloween Statement from HOA

Image
Hello Homeowners,  There have been many questions on what the HOA is doing for Halloween, and I wanted to send this message out and get everyone on the same page or suggest some ideas. Of course, the HOA can't tell you how to run your Halloween festivities, but we would like to provide some ideas that can keep you and your family safe when it comes to the Pandemic and your health. Here are some ideas. On Halloween, if you chose to participate in the Halloween festivities and passing out candy, leave your light on to indicate that you have the goods. Anyone not wanting to participate can leave their lights off. This technique is something that is commonly done during Halloween night. If you want to participate in the Halloween festivities, but want to make sure you and your family stay safe and germ-free, you can set up a stool or something outside your door with a bowl of candy and adhere to the honor system. Safety Tips Suggestions: Wear a mask if you wish to be in close co...

PMHOA Home Decoration Contest 2020

Image
Home Decoration Contest   It's almost Halloween and the HOA is sponsoring a new event in the neighborhood! We are inviting all households in the neighborhood to decorate their homes for Halloween for a contest.  In order to be eligible, you will need to be a due paying member.  You probably are all wondering what the prize will be and it is a $25 gift certificate along with a photo of your home in next month's newsletter/website. So be creative and come up with a great display. The homes do not have to be scary and can be decorated any way as long as they go along with the theme of Halloween.  We will have judges from the HOA judge the home decorations and decide on a final winner.  See Form Below

HOA Update September

Hello Homeowners,  The pool will officially be closed this week; we stayed open just about as long as we could. We will also post more information about how we play to do something around the fall/holiday season, but the board will discuss and figure out what we can do in this COVID era. We will still plan on having the food truck out on Oct 10. We plan to have them by the pool area even though the site will be closed. You can drive by and pick up some delicious food.
