Pool Status Update for 2021

Image
Hello Homeowners,  I wanted to update you on the pool for this year. As you all know, the pool equipment room experienced extensive damage during the storm. We have been working diligently to get items replaced. Since most of our pool equipment was damaged, the wait time for some parts is very long. But as of last week, we received 90% of the items we need to repair the pool. We still need to get two giant filtration balls to complete the equipment room rebuild.       We will not be able to open during the upcoming holiday weekend, but maybe a month later to get all equipment changed and ensure that all items function. We will also not be issuing pool cards until we are sure that we can get things open. I apologize for the inconvenience but we are working to get things back in order as soon as posable

Happy Thanksgiving

Image
Hello Homeowners, As we prepare for Thanksgiving and the holidays that follow, we should pause and reflect on the many blessings that we enjoy—our loved ones, our freedoms as Americans, and to live in a great neighborhood such as Princeton meadows. This has been a hard year for everyone I know with COVID's possible family loss and loss of employment you can look back and say that you made it. Tomorrow is another day and that brings more opportunity and time to see your loved ones. This year in particular we all have much to give thanks for thank each and every person that went to their neighbors to check on them or give a helping hand. Princeton meadows is a unique community and we always come together as a community. This holiday please be safe practice all safety guidelines provided by the CDC and WHO to protect yourself and your family friends and neighbors. Princeton Meadows Project Update 1

Image
Hello, Homeowners,  I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. I wanted to give you all a bit of good news. We have all worked very hard to rebuild our community, and as we all know, everything takes time, but I am happy to say that we have another big project that will start within the next two weeks or less. We will be replacing the whole fence on Princeton meadows drive. The fence will look similar to the trails of Riverstone but minus the extra multi-board approach. The fence will be cedar and stained. I believe this will make the community pop with a whole new fence. The contractor will reach out to homeowners next to eth fence to let you know the day you may have boards missing temporarily. We are taking the approach or pulling and placing panels within sections. I would also like to thank BinfordSupply Mckinney for helping us with this project. We have a few homeowners who work there and showed their community spirit and eagerness to help us get the fence's mater...

Halloween Statement from HOA

Image
Hello Homeowners,  There have been many questions on what the HOA is doing for Halloween, and I wanted to send this message out and get everyone on the same page or suggest some ideas. Of course, the HOA can't tell you how to run your Halloween festivities, but we would like to provide some ideas that can keep you and your family safe when it comes to the Pandemic and your health. Here are some ideas. On Halloween, if you chose to participate in the Halloween festivities and passing out candy, leave your light on to indicate that you have the goods. Anyone not wanting to participate can leave their lights off. This technique is something that is commonly done during Halloween night. If you want to participate in the Halloween festivities, but want to make sure you and your family stay safe and germ-free, you can set up a stool or something outside your door with a bowl of candy and adhere to the honor system. Safety Tips Suggestions: Wear a mask if you wish to be in close co...
